During the first day of the Seminar, a press conference was organised

with the objective of presenting the concept of Harm Reduction in Prison,

as well as the sub-regional project on Harm Reduction as a whole. Several

journalists participated at this conference, where they could ask questions

to representatives of the Slovenian Ministry of Justice, members of the

sub-regional project team and to the Team Leader of TA to DDR.

Informed media reports were published in all national daily

newspapers. Special reports about the event were presented in the local

newspaper. National and local radio-stations broadcast several

announcements about the Thematic Seminar before and during the event. In

addition, a radio-interview with the Team Leader of the TA to DDR project

was produced. The Slovenian Press Agency (STA) delivered basic information

about the TS to all media in the country.
